Dr. Ron Nusbaum, Director of Back Clinics of Canada, graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. degree in Psychology. He became a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1989 at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Dr. Nusbaum is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) and the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA). He is licensed by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). Shannon has exceptional knowledge and understanding of patient care, having previously worked in the dental field. She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable in our office, putting patient needs and desires first. Shannon is always available to answer any questions you may have. Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their rather large Bullmastiff. She is also a proud supporter and volunteer of the Tema Conter Memorial trust.
Whether assisting with physical functioning and abilities of individuals, or maximizing clients’ abilities in all aspects of their usual daily activities, Tara is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others with her professional skill set and unique background of experiences. She has been recognized for her caring, compassionate nature and positive attitude. Tara graduated from Georgian College with a diploma in the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant Program. Tara loves travelling, camping, sports, family and meeting new people.
Zainab has worked more than six years in patient care. She assists Back Clinics of Canada patients through their treatments, and conveys both a warm personality and expertise. Zainab graduated from York University with a Bachelors in English. In her spare time she enjoys reading self-development books, hiking, going to the gym and spending time with her friends, family and pets.
Emily is currently studying Kinesiology at the University of Windsor. She is in the Co-operative Education Program, and is thrilled to be doing her placement with us. “I am excited about the innovative care that Back Clinics offers, the intersection of technology and healing.” Emily spends her leisure time with family, scuba diving, and furthering her education.
She loves helping patients. She is a great addition to the Back Clinics of Canada team and brings to our center a great disposition, a positive attitude, work ethic, and super friendly smile.

Lauren has 20 years of experience in business communications. Helping people learn more about how to achieve a pain-free life is her most satisfying assignment in a long time.
