My name is Walter. I’m 84 years old and have been suffering for 2 years with stenosis in my back due to degenerative disc and a bulging disc. It was terrible. I tried other treatments with hardly any improvement. I was suffering so much that I could hardly walk any distance without stopping early to rest. Now that I have completed Dr. Nusbaum’s Stenosis program Im so happy because it made a significant improvement and I can now walk an hour without pain !
